Introduction

Welcome to Pimpama Studio. By accessing or using our studio facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Studio Use

  1. Booking Requirements:

    • All bookings must be made in advance via our online platform or email at bookings@pimpamastudio.com.
    • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  2. Use of Facilities:

    • The studio and its equipment must be used responsibly and with care.
    • Any damages to the studio, equipment, or amenities caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the hirer.
    • Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises.
    • All shoes must be kept on while using the studio.
    • Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbance to others.

  3. Age Restrictions:

    • Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Payments and Cancellations

  1. Payment Policy:

    • Payment for bookings must be completed prior to the start of the session.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit card and direct bank transfer.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

Liability

  1. Personal Property:

    • Pimpama Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your use of the studio.

  2. Injury or Harm:

    • The hirer assumes all responsibility for the safety and well-being of themselves and their guests while on the premises.

  3. Equipment Failure:

    • While we ensure all equipment is in working condition, Pimpama Studio will not be held liable for any disruptions caused by technical failures.

Studio Rules

  1. Cleanliness:

    • The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or damage.

  2. Time Management:

    • All bookings must adhere to the scheduled time. Late departures may incur additional charges.

  3. Respect for Property:

    • All studio equipment and furniture must be used appropriately and returned to its original place after use.

  4. Shoes Policy:

    • All shoes must be kept on while using the studio.

  5. Noise Levels:

    • Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbance to others.

Amendments to Terms

Pimpama Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
